Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving admissions through inbound and outbound calls, handling corporate tie-up coordination, and facilitating franchise inquiries. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective parents, corporate clients, and franchise partners, ensuring seamless communication and conversion across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective parents to provide information on admission procedures, and enrollment options. 
• Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns. 
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely processing of applications. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions in the CRM system.
• Engage with corporate clients to establish and maintain partnerships for employee training and educational tie-ups. 
• Identify potential corporate accounts and pitch relevant educational programs. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that corporate training requirements are met, including customized course offerings and scheduling. 
• Track and manage ongoing corporate partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. 
• Handle calls related to franchise inquiries, providing information on partnership opportunities, investment details, and operational support. 
• Screen potential franchise leads and assess suitability. 
• Follow up with franchise leads, provide required documentation, and guide them through the onboarding process. 
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activity, conversions, corporate tie-ups, and franchise leads. • Ensure all communications are documented accurately in the CRM system. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
● Previous experience in the education or franchise sector. 
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
